Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that you have the option to exchange or return a product if you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied. We accept returns for an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, to arrange an exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Sale items and personalised, made to order items are final and cannot be exchanged. We do not exchange products that there is a listed fault in the description.

For returns, the product must be unused, with the original tags and packaging still intact. If your return does not meet this criteria, your return will not be accepted.

We do not cover the shipping cost to return the product to us and will cost the standard shipping fee to reship the product out.

In the unlikely circumstance that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at petalsbyvenice@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving and we will organise a refund or replacement if we deem this as our error. Please attach a photographic evidence in your email to help us make an informed decision.

Refunds will only be returned to original payment method. After 14 days of purchase date, all sales are final.
